SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or UK bank holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use Royal Mail and DPD as our shipping carriers, and rates are set by the carrier based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • North America: United States and Canada

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the UK, please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns

We offer free returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. For more information, please see our Refund Policy.

Damages & Lost Packages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. For lost packages, please contact us so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
